Legal
Terms and Conditions
General
Enforceable Agreement: This document constitutes a legally binding arrangement. The terms outlined herein govern any access or utilization by individuals (referred to as “user” or “you”) of the https://romsyn.com portal (designated as “website” or “site”) as well as any activities carried out via the platform, creating an enforceable contract between the user and ROMSYN LTD (identified as “operator”).
Careful Examination: Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. Section headings and titles serve a purely organizational purpose.
Agreement and Acknowledgment: Interacting with or browsing the website signifies that you have read, comprehended, and consented to all provisions detailed herein, accepting full obligation to adhere to them. Should you object to any part of these conditions, please exit the platform immediately.
Mandatory Compliance: Use of the site requires strict adherence to these rules. The operator’s legal responsibility remains strictly confined to the limits specified within this contract.
Intellectual Property Safeguards: You are strictly prohibited from breaching the operator’s proprietary assets or infringing upon the intellectual rights or proprietary interests of any third parties. This directive applies universally and unconditionally to every site visitor.
User Qualifications: Platform access is restricted to adults aged eighteen (18) and older. Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal; checkout requires a valid PayPal account or other payment method PayPal accepts at the time of purchase.
Sales Portals: The platform offers a streamlined, efficient mechanism for acquiring software licenses (referenced as “software”).
Modification Rights: The operator maintains complete authority to alter, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time based on its sole discretion.
Privacy Rules: Platform utilization is bound by our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms. Providing your email at checkout or contacting support may result in operational notices and service updates. Promotional messages, where sent, follow the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982.
Client Assistance: For inquiries regarding platform operations, you may contact the operator’s support staff via email at support@romsyn.com.
Order Verification: A transaction is officially acknowledged and confirmed by the operator only upon the transmission of a confirmation email to the user containing relevant purchase specifics, including the order identifier and user specifications.
Subscription Sales: ChipChip is sold as a recurring digital subscription through PayPal. Because our Free plan lets you evaluate features before subscribing, paid subscription charges are final (no refunds), except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Stopping Renewals: You may turn off automatic renewal at any time through your PayPal account or our Subscription Info page. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; it does not retroactively refund amounts already charged.
Violations and Remedies
Enforcement Discretion: The operator holds the privilege, though not the requirement, to enforce these terms whenever there is reasonable suspicion of a breach by any user or outside party.
Management of Objectionable Material: In instances involving offensive content or material violating third-party rights, the operator will execute a “Notice and Removal” protocol to eliminate the offending content within a reasonable timeframe following notification.
Copying Restrictions: Without limiting any statutory rights, text, graphics, and materials hosted on the platform may not be duplicated, copied, shared, broadcasted, or utilized in any alternate manner without prior explicit written consent from the operator.
Preservation of Third-Party Rights: Replicating or publishing site imagery, trademarks, technical data sheets, or video clips without explicit written authorization from the operator or the appropriate rights holder is strictly forbidden. The operator may institute a “Notice and Removal” process upon suspecting any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violation. Each party accepts full accountability for its personal conduct and published materials, and the operator assumes zero liability for third-party infractions.
Pursuit of Responsible Parties: Should a violation be alleged against users or third parties, the operator may, at its absolute discretion, disclose the particulars of the allegedly liable party (designated as “responsible party”) to the aggrieved party. The responsible party waives all claims against the operator arising from such disclosure. Furthermore, the aggrieved party agrees not to initiate legal proceedings against the operator concerning any third-party action or default until all legal actions against the responsible party have been fully exhausted.
Behavioral Guidelines: Users obligate themselves to supply accurate, truthful, and precise information. Submitting fraudulent data constitutes a criminal offense.
Content Alteration: The operator reserves the capability to modify, amend, append, delete, or withhold any content piece, wholly or partially, without prior or retrospective notification.
Absence of Endorsement: The display of information or materials on the site should not be interpreted as professional advice, an official recommendation, or an endorsement by the operator regarding any listed software, and users should not base decisions upon it.
Legal Enforcement Options: The operator retains the right, without obligation, to initiate all appropriate legal remedies against individuals violating statutory laws or these Terms and Conditions. In response to infractions, the operator may instantly revoke user access, delete content, transmit user particulars to statutory authorities, or implement other necessary measures at its sole discretion.
Order Termination by Operator: The operator may void any transaction or bar a user by restricting access under conditions including, but not limited to:
- Engaging in unlawful acts or statutory breaches.
- Violating these Terms and Conditions.
- Supplying deceptive information during checkout, license activation, or subsequently, whether verbally or in writing.
- Performing actions that jeopardize the operator, its associates, site functionality, vendors, or external parties.
- Manifest and unusual errors regarding software pricing or descriptions.
Cancellation Dispatches: Notices regarding order terminations may be delivered in writing to the email address supplied during checkout.

Technical Barriers: The operator accepts no liability for technical issues preventing users from executing actions on the platform.
Illegal Activity: The operator holds no accountability for unlawful activities conducted by users on the site.
Direct Damages Only: The operator’s legal responsibility is restricted strictly to proven, direct damages.

Manifest Errors: The operator is not bound by clear or blatant pricing errors, such as software listed at fractional pence or cents instead of standard currency.
