End User License Agreement
Definitions
- The software: A browser extension for Chrome built to send custom messages easily via WhatsApp.
- User: Anyone who downloads, sets up, or buys the software.
- Operator: ROMSYN LTD - ChipChip.
- Message: Any communication or text sent out through the tool by the user or someone acting for them.
- Recipient: The person who gets a message sent by the user through the software.
General
These rules govern your use of ROMSYN LTD - ChipChip services and form a binding legal contract between you and the company.
The team can update these rules whenever they want without sending direct notice. Any changes apply right away once posted on the official website (https://romsyn.com).
Using the software means you have read, understood, and agreed to follow all these terms.
If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the software immediately.
Your use of the software
Access to the software is granted after paying the required fees listed at https://romsyn.com/pricing.
The team can change these fees at any time.
You can begin using the tool as soon as activation finishes.
You agree not to use the software to break any laws.
You must follow WhatsApp’s terms of service. The company is not responsible if WhatsApp blocks or bans your account, and you agree not to hold the company liable.
You promise not to send messages that violate WhatsApp rules, Meta guidelines, or any local laws.
Prohibited Content
You are strictly forbidden from using the tool to share restricted material, such as:
- Adult or sexual services.
- Offers to sell weapons, drugs, or illegal items.
- Access to banned services or hacked software.
- Child exploitation material.
- Offensive, hateful, or racist language.
- Private personal details of other people.
Breaking these rules or any laws gives the company the right to cancel your license or block your access.
You are entirely responsible for whatever content you send through the app.
Do not use the tool or let others use it to harass, insult, or defame anyone, or to violate legal rights.
The company keeps the right to take legal steps against anyone who breaks these terms or the law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Your license is tied to the Chrome Google account email active when you first activate your subscription, as described on our Pricing page. You may use the extension on any computer where you are signed into that same Chrome profile. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or steal the software’s source code, nor copy or share the software.
The company is not liable for any losses caused by using the tool or by actions of third parties.
Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to track anonymous browsing habits, page views, and session times to help improve the service. The ChipChip extension does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.
You must follow all instructions for using the software properly.
You take full responsibility for any bugs or issues caused by misusing the software or ignoring its guidelines.
Additional safety rules include:
- The company takes zero responsibility for messages sent by users. You must obey the law and avoid copyright, trademark, or privacy violations. Sending unauthorized pictures, music, or videos is banned.
- The company may share your details with outside parties if you are accused of breaking these rules.
- The company is not responsible for illegal acts done by users.
- ChipChip is an independent product created by ROMSYN and has no corporate partnership with WhatsApp or Meta (Facebook).
Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data for the ChipChip extension, website checkout, and related services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Google Analytics: Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics on how people navigate the site (page views, session duration, and traffic sources). The extension itself does not embed analytics SDKs.
Cookies: The website may store small text files on your device to remember preferences and support analytics. PayPal checkout may set its own cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
For marketing opt-out, access or deletion requests under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and full details on third-party processors, see the Privacy Policy.
Miscellaneous
The company can transfer this agreement to another business if that business agrees to follow all the same responsibilities.

Applying Law
