Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
ROMSYN LTD wants ChipChip’s public website to work for as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology, keyboard-only navigation, or screen magnification.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We improve pages when we find gaps and when users tell us about barriers.
About this website
This marketing site is open to everyone. You can read guides, pricing, and legal pages without creating an account on our site.
Paid checkout runs through PayPal. PayPal’s own checkout screens follow their accessibility practices, which we do not control.
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0 Level AA) where practical. We have not paid for a full third-party WCAG audit, so this statement describes what we build and test ourselves.
What we have built in
Skip to main content: The first Tab stop on each page is a link that jumps past the header to the main page content.
Page structure: Each page has a single main landmark (main) and clear headings so screen-reader users can scan by section.
Keyboard use: Primary links, buttons, FAQ accordions, form fields, and the User Guides menu can be reached and operated from the keyboard. Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move; Enter or Space to activate; Escape closes the guides menu.
Screen readers: Navigation regions are labeled. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive tech. Meaningful images include alternative text.
Links: Link text describes the destination (for example Pricing, Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreement).
Focus indication: Interactive controls show a visible focus ring when selected from the keyboard.
Text and contrast: Body copy uses colors chosen for readable contrast on light backgrounds. You can also zoom the page with normal browser controls or your system magnifier.
ARIA where helpful: We use accessible names and states on menus and live regions (for example payment status on the pricing page) when standard HTML alone is not enough.
Known limitations
Homepage product preview: The large WhatsApp / ChipChip demo on the home page is decorative only. It is removed from the keyboard tab order and from screen-reader navigation so it does not look like a working app.
PayPal: Subscription buttons embed PayPal’s widget. If you have trouble completing checkout, contact us and we will help by email.
Third-party sites: Links to Chrome Web Store, WhatsApp Web, and PayPal open external services with their own accessibility policies.
Privacy and analytics on this site
Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to measure anonymous traffic (page views, visit duration, and referral sources). We do not load advertising trackers on this site. The ChipChip extension does not include advertising or analytics SDKs; extension data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Website purchase and license terms appear in our Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement.
