Does ChipChip collect my personal messages?
No. ChipChip does not collect or upload your personal WhatsApp messages for marketing or profiling.
Chat data stays in your WhatsApp Web session and on-device extension storage. See the
Privacy Policy for details.
Can I install and use ChipChip on several computers?
Yes. Your license locks to the Chrome email you are signed into when you first activate.
Use that same Google account in Chrome on any computer to keep access.
What is the "Daily IP Address Limit" for subscribers?
Each paid plan allows a number of distinct public IP addresses per UTC day
(Personal ×5, Business ×10, Professional ×20). Crossing the cap temporarily pauses premium until midnight UTC.

Do I need to renew my subscription every month?
Paid plans renew automatically through PayPal. You stay in control - sign in on
Subscription Info with your PayPal email (one-time code) and cancel auto-renewal there, or manage billing in your PayPal account.
Can I cancel my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. Open Subscription Info, sign in with your PayPal email, then choose
Cancel auto-renewal. You can also manage billing in PayPal.
Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Email support is included on paid plans; Remote Support is included on Professional.
Can WhatsApp ban my account for using ChipChip?
WhatsApp may restrict accounts that break their terms. ChipChip is independent software and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Use it responsibly, avoid spam, and follow WhatsApp’s terms of service. No tool can guarantee that an account will never be banned.
How to make a contacts file for Bulk Sender?
Use an Excel sheet with a phone column in international format, plus optional name or custom fields for personalization.
You can export chats or group participants with Export & Load Contacts, then import that file into Bulk Sender.
What do I get as a subscriber?
Paid plans unlock unlimited messages, remove the “sent via…” label, raise the daily IP cap, and include email support.
Professional also includes Remote Support. The Free plan already lets you test schedules and webhooks before you subscribe.
