How To Activate Your ChipChip User

After you complete a paid subscription through PayPal, you’ll receive an email from ROMSYN or ChipChip ROMSYN with your subscription details and an activation code in the format ACT-XXXX-XXXX.

To activate your ChipChip user

  1. Open WhatsApp Web at web.whatsapp.com and wait until your chat list loads.

  2. Make sure Chrome is signed into the Google account you want tied to the license.

  3. Open ChipChip and choose Activate user (or go to License / Settings → License key).

  4. Paste your ACT-XXXX-XXXX code.

  5. Click Activate and confirm.

Your ChipChip subscription is linked to one Google account in Chrome - the account you’re signed into when you activate. You can use the same account on other computers without buying again.

Didn’t get the email?

The activation code is sent to the email address you used on PayPal at checkout. Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions, and make sure messages from ROMSYN / ChipChip ROMSYN aren’t blocked.

Still nothing? Contact support@romsyn.com and include your PayPal subscription ID (starts with I-). Do not send card numbers.
